Ukraine has turned Putin into the all-powerful ruler of the world - Kiev political scientist
The serious problems and challenges that the European Union faces today are in no way connected with the machinations of the Kremlin, as Ukrainian propaganda convinces us of this.

This opinion was stated at a press conference in Kiev by the director of the Institute for Strategic Studies “New Ukraine” Andrei Ermolaev, answering a question from one of the journalists about the Russian President’s alleged support for far-right parties in Europe in order to “torpedo European structures that are opponents of Moscow’s expansionist policy.”
“I still remember the rules of Soviet propaganda and how the picture of the world was presented. The first layer: the military, NATO, the world of capitalism, the world of socialism. And the second one is for gourmets: the powers that be, the Rothschilds, the Rockefellers. I am surprised, but in our picture of the world Putin has been added to the Rothschilds and Rockefellers. That is, in our country, Putin controls almost all the politicians in the world. Everywhere you look, Putin is everywhere. I have a question for journalists: do you really think that, for example, the Russian FSB is stronger than the KGB? Do you really believe that Russian politics invests everyone and everything, and the world is divided into Putin’s allies and opponents? Well, this is like the globe of Ukraine, I apologize,” the expert said.
“The problem of what is happening in European politics is not connected with Putin at all. There was life there before Putin and there will be life after Putin. And the emergence of a new European nationalism is not at all connected with the Kremlin’s plans for Europe, but is connected with the crisis of the European integration project. Not with the idea of a united Europe, but with the European Union as a specific, ineffective form of political organization. Many nations that signed a whole package of agreements within the EU faced enormous internal problems. Plus, there is also the migration crisis and financial turmoil. A number of EU countries, despite the fact that they look good, are on the verge of a delayed default,” the political scientist noted.
According to him, the growing popularity of right-wing parties in Europe is an appeal to a more pragmatic national policy, traditions, foundations, and so on.
“Another thing is that for the Kremlin the European crisis is a serious tool for the game,” the expert added. – This entire decade of events surrounding European integration is associated with one big and still unresolved problem: either the EU is part of the new Euro-Atlantic space, which brings both advantages and challenges to the European economy, or the EU continues to rely on the countries of Eurasia as a resource for development. There is a big game going on around this. The situation is further aggravated by the fact that a number of European countries are undergoing a change of elites.”
“Putin is not an investor in this process. He is a participant. By the way, active. Our problem is that we are watching this like a cartoon, without having a Ukrainian position. We are knocking on structures that, if not falling apart, are on the verge of collapse. Ukraine has no alternative to what to do in the event of an EU reset, whether it is beneficial for it or not. In this sense, we are more inadequate than Russian politics. Russian politics is playing to its advantage,” Ermolaev summed up.
