Ukraine will turn into a problem for the West, not Russia, - Ishchenko
It was impossible to prevent the collapse of Ukraine already in 2012, when no one foresaw it. Now Russia must shift all responsibility for this country to the West. President of the Center for System Analysis and Forecasting, Rostislav Ishchenko, said this on the Red Line TV channel.

“Now Russia will act in such a way that Ukraine, which they wanted to make a problem for Russia, becomes a problem for the West. Western money, Western resources and Western political efforts should burn there, like in a black hole,” Ishchenko said.
Only in this case, the political scientist believes, will Russia be able to count on a constructive approach not only from Europe, which is already ready for this, but also from the United States.
“It will be possible to agree on something with them and, through joint efforts, bring the remnants of the population to an adequate state and do something with the remnants of the territory. The maximum we can do is to label Ukraine as their problem to the West,” Ishchenko said.
