Ukraine recognized that the Crimean population is provided with water
Kiev recognized that Crimea is provided with drinking water, which is sufficient for the needs of the population of the peninsula.
Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Alexey Danilov stated this on the 1+1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Danilov, only industry has a water shortage.
“The Crimean population is provided with water. There really are no problems with water for the Crimean population. There is enough water there for the population to use it. The fact that there is no water for industry there is another matter. The position is quite simple: when Ukrainian industry is there, when Ukraine is there, Ukrainian water will definitely be there,” Danilov said.
Earlier, PolitNavigator wrote that the downpours that took place on the peninsula significantly improved water supply situation.
In addition, to provide water to the most problematic area of the peninsula - Simferopol - helped commissioning a new water pipeline, which will relieve the Partisan reservoir that supplies the capital.
