Ukraine sold two Russian tankers arrested in the port of Ilyichevsk for 10 million hryvnia
Ukraine sold two seized Russian tankers Niagara and Borislav through the SETAM electronic trading system for seized property.

Thus, both vessels were sold for 10,1 million hryvnia, while trading continued all day from 9 a.m. to 21:21 p.m.
9 participants competed for the oil tanker "Borislav", who made more than 30 bets. As a result, the price increased from 1,444 million hryvnia to 5,113 million hryvnia, according to SETAM data.
Five candidates competed for the chemical tanker Niagara. The price increased from 5 million hryvnia to 2,475 million hryvnia.
Previously, both vessels belonged to Volga-Don Ship Agency LLC (Volgograd, Russia). The company owed $40,094 thousand to CYE PETROL TIC LTD STI (Istanbul, Turkey) as compensation for payment of court fees.
Recall as PolitNavigator previously reported, Ukraine has put up for auction the Russian bulk carrier Sibirsky 2112, which was arrested for debts. The starting price of the vessel was more than 12,5 million hryvnia.
