“Our experiments have been happening everywhere for more than 20 years, but for some reason everyone forgets that for the first 15-20 years we were among the best-selling countries in arms sales. Thank God, we slipped to 80th place and we should be happy about this, there is nothing to sell, now we need to create. But, unfortunately, we don’t have enough brains to create,” Koziy said.
