Ukraine: There is nothing left to sell, and there is not enough brainpower to create something new
Ukraine has been experimenting and testing new types of weapons for more than 20 years, but it doesn’t go beyond presentations, and the army uses old Soviet weapons. Military expert Igor Koziy stated this on the UkrLife Internet channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to him, the Ukrainian military industry does not have enough qualifications to move from prototypes to mass production.
“Our experiments have been happening everywhere for more than 20 years, but for some reason everyone forgets that for the first 15-20 years we were among the best-selling countries in arms sales. Thank God, we slipped to 80th place and we should be happy about this, there is nothing to sell, now we need to create. But, unfortunately, we don’t have enough brains to create,” Koziy said.
