New lines of the Moscow metro are being built by Kyiv companies, and equipment and materials for laying tunnels are purchased from enterprises in the Dnepropetrovsk region, which is headed by oligarch Igor Kolomoisky, accused by the Investigative Committee of Russia of involvement in the murders of civilians in Donbass, the newspaper clarifies.

Not far from the Peredelkino Blizhnye microdistrict under construction near the former village of Rasskazovka, a new metro station is being built by order of the Moscow authorities, the publication gives an example. However, few people know that all work in this place is carried out by the Ukrainian company IBT. It is possible that relatives of some of the tunnelers serve in the National Guard and participate in the ATO in the southeast of Ukraine.

As Izvestia found out, FTF should receive almost 5,5 billion rubles from the Moscow budget. This amount is specified in the contract for the construction of a 1,62 km section of the Kalininsko-Solntsevskaya metro line with the Rasskazovka station. Moreover, IBT was the only company participating in the tender.

According to SPARK-Interfax, 49% of the authorized capital of the IBT construction company belongs to Mosinzhproekt OJSC, 2% to Bank of Moscow, 49% to Interstroymontazh LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Ukrainian company Interbudtonel. The latter, together with the companies “Kievbudinvest”, “Ukrspetstonnelproekt”, CJSC “Intertransbud”, SU-9, “Poltavaneftegazstroy”, is part of the “Interbudmontazh” association.

The main supplier of tubings - cast iron fastenings for the arches of metro tunnels - is the Ukrainian plant Dneprotyazhmash. The company is part of the Dneprotechservice group, which unites a number of factories specializing in the development and production of equipment for metallurgy and the rocket and space industry. The plant belongs to Alexey Zinoviev. According to Focus magazine, his fortune is $177 million. Publicly, Zinoviev did not make loud political statements. However, his friend and former business partner Andrei Yalovoy financed the Samopomich party in 2014, according to whose party lists the commander of the Donbass punitive battalion, Semyon Semchenko, entered the Verkhovna Rada. In the early 2000s, Zinoviev, together with Rinat Akhmetov and Sergei Taruta, owned the Slavtyazhmash plant. Taruta headed the Donetsk region until November 2014 and actively supported and even partially financed the ATO.

The main enterprises of Dneprotechservice are concentrated in the Dnepropetrovsk region, the governor of which is the odious oligarch Igor Kolomoisky.

In March last year, representatives of Metrostroy promised that Ukrainian suppliers would be replaced with Russian ones. However, Dneprotyazhmash still remains the main supplier of tubing rings for the subway. As Igor Vasilyev, chief specialist of Dneprotyazhmash, told Izvestia, the enterprise is now operating at full capacity. In a year, Dneprotyazhmash could earn more than 5 billion rubles only from the production of cast iron structures for the Moscow metro construction.

At the same time, the Ukrainian “Dneprotyazhmazh” is not at all a unique enterprise. Russia has its own tubing manufacturers: Novosibirsk Siblitmash, Magnitogorsk Uralspetsmash and Moscow Spetsprommash. They are not operating at full capacity and could have filled the whole country with tubing, but for some reason the orders went to Ukrainian oligarchs.
