Deputy editor-in-chief of the newspaper Vzglyad, Pyotr Akopov, stated this on the air of the talk show “Politics with Pyotr Tolstoy.”

According to him, this is due to the reluctance of the population of the European Union to sponsor solutions to the economic problems of third countries.

“Europeans will pay and cry. But this will not last long, because when a German voter asks Merkel, “why should we pay for the disintegrating Ukrainian state?”, she simply will not have an answer to this, because all this can last 3-5 months, and further there will be a collapse. But the fact is that Ukraine will not survive these 5 months. She doesn't have that kind of reserve. Neither economic nor political,” says Pyotr Akopov.
