“It’s already the end of May. There is almost no time left to organize the activities of a higher education institution. In two months we will not have time to prepare a normal process to begin activities in August. Constituent documents at the regional level have already been prepared, but there is no decision from the Cabinet of Ministers,” Popadinets said.
