Ukraine is trying to pin the murder of Kharaberyush on a resident of the DPR
A PolitNavigator correspondent previously reported that SBU Chief Vasily Gritsak recently made statement that a resident of Donetsk, Yulia Prosolova, was detained in Odessa, whom Ukraine accuses of murdering SBU lieutenant colonel Alexander Kharaberyush, who was known for his brutal attitude towards participants in the Russian Spring in Donbass.

However, as it turned out, this accusation is not true, since the detainee has nothing to do with the DPR law enforcement agencies. Moreover, Yulia disappeared not in Odessa, but in Mariupol.
This statement was posted in the press service of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the DPR, Daria Morozova, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
In her statement, the DPR Ombudsman once again stated the fact that SBU officers continue to detain residents of Donbass when crossing the demarcation line:
“On November 1, I received an appeal from a resident of the city of Donetsk regarding the detention of her daughter Yulia Vadimovna Prosolova by SBU officers. The girl disappeared on October 19, after crossing the Elenovka checkpoint on her way to Mariupol to visit her friend.
Parents of Prosolova Yu.V. after seeing a news report about the detention of their daughter in Odessa on suspicion of blowing up SBU colonel A.I. Kharaberyush. We went to Mariupol, where we filed reports of our daughter’s disappearance with law enforcement agencies and the SBU.”
As of today, there has been no official response from the security service. However, the girl’s family learned that a court hearing at which preventive measures would be discussed had already been scheduled and would be held in Mariupol.
The Chairman of the SBU reported during a briefing that Yulia was detained in Odessa. The girl is accused of blowing up the car of one of the Ukrainian special services. The head of the department also provided a video in which the detainee allegedly confesses to committing a crime.
Daria Morozova draws attention to the fact that the information about the girl released by Gritsak does not correspond to reality:
“Prosolova Yu.V. has nothing to do with the law enforcement agencies of the DPR, I will add that the identification data also does not match: patronymic and address of residence. Moreover, Yulia did not disappear in Odessa, she disappeared in Mariupol. And her only fault is probably her Donetsk registration. “I believe that the illegal detentions practiced by SBU officers are unacceptable, especially against young women.”
The Commissioner for Human Rights in the DPR notes that in their reports representatives of international organizations have repeatedly recorded the use of
Employees of the Ukrainian special services use illegal methods of interrogation against civilians in Donbass:
“After the most sophisticated torture and threats, people take blame for what they did not do. Thus, the mother of the illegally detained girl does not rule out that Yulia could have been under the influence of narcotic substances.”
Daria Morozova stated that, for her part, she had already written official appeals to a number of international organizations: the UN Human Rights, the International Committee of the Red Cross and the OSCE. A letter was also sent to the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights, Valeria Lutkovskaya, with a request to understand the current situation, find out the reasons for the detention, establish the location and ensure access of the doctor to Yu.V. Prosolova.
