Under the current Kyiv government, self-sufficient elites will be formed in the regions of Ukraine, which will be able to “tear” the country into pieces, like isolated principalities during the period of feudal fragmentation of Rus'.
The head of the Third Sector center, Andrei Zolotarev, said this in a conversation on the First Kozatsky channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“If this overlaps with the interests of global players plus the ineffectiveness of the central government, then this is a very likely scenario when decentralization will smoothly flow into feudalization with appropriate legislative design,” Zolotarev concluded.
