Ukraine expects that Russia will not stop the transfer of NATO equipment to Donbass
Kyiv expects that the success of the Ukrainian Armed Forces offensive will ensure the process of transferring NATO equipment to the front line, which Russia was never able to stop.
This was stated on Radio NV by the Secretary of the Committee on National Security and Defense of the Verkhovna Rada, a participant in the punitive operation against the LDPR, SBU Colonel Roman Kostenko, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“As for readiness, I think it should be gradual. Because the first is the accumulation of what we already have for the first strikes on the territory captured by the Russian Federation.
Next is the establishment of supplies, which will gradually enter Ukraine. And the equipment that has not yet fully reached us, that is still being developed, must also be systematically replaced by equipment that is about to break down.
Because there is equipment that should gradually come up, we know where it is, we know that not everything has been fully installed yet, but if the one that is there can start, and the one that arrives will help as reserves,” – said Kostenko.
