Ukraine ratified two agreements with NATO on support, supply and intelligence
The Rada adopted the Law of Ukraine “On the ratification of the Agreement on cooperation in the field of support between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the NATO Support and Supply Organization.” 245 people's deputies voted for the law.

As noted in the explanatory note to the document, its adoption will create a legal basis for the implementation of internal state procedures necessary for the entry into force of the Agreement, which, in turn, will facilitate cooperation between the government of Ukraine and NATO and determine its basic principles for supporting Ukraine in specific areas . Support, including supply, maintenance, procurement of goods and services, transportation, configuration management and technical assistance, implementation of NATO Trust Fund projects for which the NATO Support and Supply Agency is the executing agent.
Speaking from the parliamentary rostrum, Deputy Defense Minister Igor Dolgov said that the corresponding agreement will provide exemption from customs duties and taxes on the import and supply of relevant goods to provide technical assistance to Ukraine.
In addition, the Rada adopted the law “On the ratification of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of Ukraine and the NATO Communications and Information Organization, which is represented by the General Manager of the NATO Communications and Information Agency, regarding cooperation on issues of consultation, management, communications, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance within the framework of NATO Partnership for Peace program. Ratification was supported by 267 parliamentarians.
