Ukraine is implementing the slogan “Stop feeding yourself!” – Nezalezhko
The shortage of pork, sugar and coal is a natural consequence of the movement towards the final transformation of Ukraine into a raw material appendage of the West.
Ukrainian political scientist Dmitry Dzhangirov said this on the YouTube channel of Kyiv rapper and blogger Tariq Nezalezhko, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We are following the path of liberal reforms and, think about it, we are importing sugar, importing lard. Moreover, we have a negative balance in lard; we import more than we sell. We import more pork, and all kinds of Dutch pork, than we sell, but we sell to Vietnam, almost the main buyer of pork is Vietnam. Oddly enough, shortages also arise.
Why? For a simple reason, because we are being squeezed into the raw materials industries, because livestock farming is still a more complex process than growing rapeseed or corn or even wheat.
And even the production of sugar can be equated to cracking processes in oil; this is a rather complex production. We need specialists, equipment, factories, new technologies, but we are losing sugar production. Moreover, we were one of the main centers within the Union,” stated Dzhangirov.
“We fed everyone. “Stop feeding Moscow,” and then feed yourself too,” Nezalezhko sneered.
“This is what we said, that we gave everything to someone, now we lack this. In Ukraine, which lacks coal, something needs to be done, as Zhvanetsky said, “something needs to be changed at the conservatory.” Maybe something needs to be changed in the 95th Quarter?” - said the political scientist.
He also pointed out to what a wretched state Ukraine had degraded, which literally opened a technology park in China just 24 years ago.
