About it reports the press service of the Kyiv prosecutor's office.

Ukraine accuses Plotnitsky of committing a terrorist act, taking hostages and kidnapping Nadezhda Savchenko. At the same time, Savchenko herself declares her readiness to negotiate direct peace with her “kidnapper.”

“Due to the failure of the accused to appear at the court hearing, of which he was notified, the panel of judges granted the prosecutor’s request to consider the criminal proceedings under a special procedure,” the statement says.

The court hearing was adjourned until September 30.
