According to the expert, recently in Minsk the Ukrainian side once again blocked all political discussions and initiatives.

“At the first event, which was already with the new team of Ukrainian negotiators, there seemed to be an agreement that this would be an exchange of all for all, and after the day before yesterday we received a press release indicating that the Ukrainian side has now begun to insist that let’s keep it small walk in steps.
