Ukraine is sabotaging the implementation of citizens’ claims it lost in the ECHR

On the eve of the quarterly meeting of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe, at which it is planned to discuss issues of monitoring the implementation of judgments of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), the Council of Europe published data a PolitNavigator correspondent reports which of its member countries has not implemented the largest number of ECHR decisions.
Ukraine has become one of the anti-leaders in the rating. Of the 1394 court decisions, 253 were fully executed and closed, i.e. less than 20% (data as of the end of June 2018). However, this is not a record - Azerbaijan completed only 1,5%.
