This was announced today by the press service of the DPR Ombudsman Daria Morozova, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
In particular, Daria Morozova stated that from the very moment Daria was detained, neither ICRC staff nor her family and friends were allowed to approach her.
“We are afraid whether Yulia Prosolova is alive, and if so, in what condition is Yulia Prosolova. She was detained by SBU officers on October 19. From that moment on, neither employees of international public organizations, including the ICRC and the UN, nor her defender, nor her mother, who went to Kiev to give her things and medicines, were allowed to see her,” Morozova said.
The Commissioner for Human Rights also noted that the Ukrainian authorities refused to legally transfer personal belongings to the girl’s relatives, citing “an order from above” as the reason for their actions.
Previously correspondent for PolitNavigator reported, that on October 31 it became known about the detention of Donetsk resident Yulia Prosolova on suspicion of murder of SBU Colonel Alexander Kharaberyush, whose car was blown up in the center of Mariupol on March 31, 2017. According to SBU Chairman Vasily Gritsak, the woman allegedly collaborated with the DPR Ministry of State Security, but the MGB denied this information.
