Ukraine has come to terms with the rapid extinction of its population
In Ukraine, the mortality rate is already twice the birth rate, but the authorities are not taking any measures to improve the demographic situation from further deterioration.
The ex-Prime Minister of Ukraine, President of the Ukrainian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Anatoly Kinakh stated this on air on the NASH media platform, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“According to the latest statistics, for 9 months of this year, the demographic situation in Ukraine has worsened even more. For every 100 deaths, there are only 53 newborns. Our number has decreased by 180 thousand people. At the end of the year it will be 280 thousand.
And this topic is not widely heard. Why aren’t we discussing it, forming public policy to change the situation for the better?” Kinakh said.
As PolitNavigator reported, the extinction of Ukrainians has become irreversible.
