Ukraine agrees to any nasty thing
The Ukrainian government bears the main responsibility for the destruction of the social sphere and violations of the Constitution, which stem from obligations to the IMF.

Doctor of Economics and former Verkhovna Rada deputy Aleksey Plotnikov said this at a press conference in Kiev, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent, noting that none of the memorandums signed by the Ukrainian authorities with the IMF contain strict directives of the fund.
“Everywhere it is written either “The IMF agrees with the proposal of the Ukrainian side,” or “The Ukrainian side proposes to the IMF,” and then there is a list of some kind of nasty thing that destroys the social sphere, actually outlaws the lives of pensioners, state employees and other low-income groups of the population,” – the economist noted.
“Therefore, despite the complexity of the negotiations, despite the fact that this memorandum, naturally, is written with the wishes of the IMF, the leadership of Ukraine will bear responsibility, including for violations of the Ukrainian Constitution and other social things that the state will have to go to in order to implement the memorandum,” – Plotnikov summarized.
As PolitNavigator reported, IMF plans return loans issued to Kyiv with Ukrainian land.
