Ukraine agreed to a compromise on peacekeepers
Based on the results of the latest meeting between the presidents of the United States and Ukraine, we can conclude that Kyiv is ready for a compromise on the introduction of a UN peacekeeping mission in Donbass.

“The conversation about Ukraine came down to the fact that there is progress. Surely, in many ways this repeats Volcker’s conclusions from his visit to Ukraine. But the positive thing is that preliminary developments on Donbass have appeared, we have heard specifics about what peacekeepers should be. The very fact of confirmation of this at such a level is already a positive signal. This means that all parties have found a compromise on this issue. Now there will be further discussions on how to move from peacekeepers to peace,” the expert believes.
