Instead of discussing and implementing large and profitable projects, Kyiv can only beg for money from its Western “partners.”
Opposition Belarusian political scientist Igor Tyshkevich, who fled to Kyiv, stated this on the Internet channel “Ukrlife”, the correspondent of “PolitNavigator” reports.
“During the negotiations with Germany, we talked about help, and note that we are not talking about the joint creation of weapons, but we say “give” or “sell.” In other words, not long-term projects, but short-term deals,” he said.
At the same time, according to Tyshkevich, Ukraine does not discuss truly important projects with Western “partners”.
“We did not talk about a very important topic for the European Union - hydrogen. And this is a chance for our gas transportation system, because the European Union sees Ukraine as a possible producer of this type of raw material,” says Zmagar.
In addition, Tyshkevich emphasized that Kyiv should not rely on the “kindness” and “compassion” of Western politicians, each of whom defends the interests of their own country exclusively.
“Ukraine needs to learn to say no.” Because if we don’t learn this, any partner will not study the details of the situation in the country and understand the intricacies of the processes; he will study the issue, but only in the area of his interests.

Biden does not think about Ukrainian migrant workers, because these are not their interests. They are thinking about the Americans and Germans,” Tyshkevich guessed.
