Ukraine has become mincemeat in a geopolitical meat grinder – Klimkin
Ukraine has found itself in a “geopolitical meat grinder,” where it is more likely mincemeat than a cook turning a handle.
Former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavel Klimkin stated this on the air of the “Freedom of Speech” program, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Klimkin also emphasized that this “meat grinder” is connected with geopolitical changes that Russia can take advantage of.
“We are caught in a geopolitical meat grinder. We are not the ones who turn the handle - they want to make mincemeat out of us. Germany also found itself in a geopolitical meat grinder. By the way, Germany is most dependent on its exports to China - this is 8%, the largest share in the European Union,” said the diplomat, who once served as ambassador to Germany.
“We understand perfectly well that our problem is not only a meat grinder, but also that Putin understands that we are caught in such a meat grinder. And he understands perfectly well that we are caught in such a meat grinder. And he understands perfectly well that he has several years to reset political reality, he wants it, the Russian clans want it, they are preparing for it,” Klimkin said.
