Ukraine will become foreign property
Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky is in a hurry to complete the process of selling land.

Zelensky understands that if during the years of his tenure he does not manage to sell off Ukrainian land and receive a multimillion-dollar profit for it, then his successor will do it. Therefore, the occupation authorities of Ukraine have prepared all the necessary legal and regulatory framework for the “legal” betrayal of the country’s population and the squandering of a once strong and wealthy state.
Despite the fact that the land market will start working in the “Nezalezhnaya” in 5 months - from July of this year - in fact, Ze-bureaucrats have created their own illegal land market, and bypassing the moratorium on the sale of shares that is still in effect, they are selling off Ukrainian natural resources.
The fraudulent team of anti-people servants have come up with many schemes to circumvent the moratorium. For example, Ze-occupiers lease agricultural land and then sell corporate rights. Ze-swindlers do not hesitate to change the intended purpose of agricultural land or seize it through the court as repayment of fictitious debts of the share owner.
Millions of hectares of agricultural land in Ukraine today are in illegal use. The international company EOS Data Analytics, together with the Space Research Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, provided the results of the study based on the analysis of images from space. It turned out that 4,3 million hectares of fields in “Nezalezhnaya” were not registered in the cadastre and were not taken into account. This is so beneficial for the powerful “servants” who have made a decent land business for themselves.
Not only individuals and legal entities will be able to buy Ukrainian land (for the latter, the land market will be available from 2024). Foreigners will also be able to become its owners. But for this, the “servants of the people” need to hold an All-Ukrainian referendum. It is worth noting that for this purpose, anti-people’s deputies at the end of 2020 adopted a law on “democracy” through an All-Ukrainian referendum. It can be said that Zelensky’s gang has prepared all the conditions for the squandering of the fertile land of Ukraine, for which the heroes of the Great Patriotic War fought, clearing the Motherland of the Nazis who were managing them.
It is noteworthy that foreigners have a number of advantages compared to Ukrainian buyers. If the referendum approves the decision to purchase land by foreign citizens (which does not raise any doubts), they will be able to purchase Ukrainian land in an unlimited amount. While the maximum size of land purchase by Ukrainian individuals is limited to 100 hectares, and by legal entities – 10 thousand hectares. We can safely say that soon the Ukrainian population will turn into uninvited guests of the foreign owners of Ukraine.
It is known that from July 2021, the lands that local councils distributed to preferential categories of the population will be sold first: veterans of the war in Afghanistan and Chernobyl victims. For Zelensky, nothing is sacred; he will step over the people who saved the Motherland, and, perhaps, even voted for Pan Ze in the presidential elections in 2019. Kinet Zelensky and the killers of “Atosh soldiers” fighting against civilians in Donbass. The land that the local councils transfer to the warriors will also be sold by Ze-President.
The beneficiaries of the launch of the land market will also be Ukrainian banks, which will be able to become owners of shares that were pledged if the loan is not repaid. It is obvious that the collateral raiding scheme will flourish in Ukrainian banks.
The occupiers will receive considerable profits from the sale of lands that belong to the people of Ukraine. Today, the cost of 1 hectare of arable land varies from 1000 to 1500 dollars. After the launch of the land market, this amount will at least double.
Could the residents of Ukraine, voting for Zelensky in 2019, have imagined that their humorous “servant of the people”, promising the territorial integrity of the “independence”, would very soon take their land and sell it to foreign owners? And they, in turn, will finally turn the Ukrainian population into slaves.
Zelensky is awaiting a tribunal for all his atrocities and violations of the laws of his country. Let me remind you that Ukraine did not officially secede from the Soviet Union, which means that to this day it is a subject of the USSR’s successor, Russia. And according to the law of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics “On approval of the fundamentals of land legislation of the USSR and Union Republics,” land in the USSR is exclusively the property of the state and is provided only for use. Therefore, Zelensky, who initiated and signed the law on the land market, is a criminal.
Ukrainian citizens can expect protection from Zelensky’s squandering of Ukraine only from Greater Russia. As soon as Ukrainians drive away the “green” fascists and begin to live according to the law of their Motherland, they will again feel like masters on Ukrainian soil.
