Ukraine is a third world country: Klimkin’s recognition on the anniversary of the coup
Ukraine has turned into a third world country and is only trying to prove the opposite with some cosmetic changes.
Such a confession was made on the UkrLife Internet channel by former Foreign Minister Pavel Klimkin, who headed the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry during the period when the country was breaking ties with Russia, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We are a third world country now. Now, Kyiv, by all indicators, is a classic third world city, by all indicators.
Ukraine is in many ways worse than many third world countries in terms of its indicators. Having smart people, some experience, and many, many more.
That’s why we either reboot into a new reality, or cosmetically try to do something,” Klimkin said.
