According to the head of the DPR, in a week the Ukrainian military fired mortars at the territory of the DPR nine times, which led to the destruction of infrastructure and the death of the republic’s military personnel.

“The situation remains tense, we record the presence and gathering of heavy equipment prohibited by the Minsk agreements, we record shelling of territories, destruction of infrastructure. There are deaths among military personnel, the use of unmanned aerial vehicles to adjust strikes. That is, this is a purposeful policy, absolutely not random shells,” said Pushilin.
