The head of the Ukrainian Politics Foundation, Kost Bondarenko, stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, commenting on the unexpected trend towards reconciliation between Moscow and Ankara, which has clearly emerged in recent days.

“Ukraine so believed that a war between Turkey and Russia would soon begin, that Turkey would definitely win this war, and Ukraine would take back Crimea, Voronezh, reach the Urals, and maybe even further,” the political scientist noted. “Therefore, you shouldn’t make utopian plans, so as not to be disappointed later in reality.”
