Ukraine is losing signs of a civilized state
The Ukrainian population has already stopped paying for gas, and next is a catastrophe with payments for utility services and complete degradation of the system.
Energy market expert Valentin Zemlyansky stated this on the NASH TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the expert, Ukrainian citizens have already run out of savings reserves.
“They are already starting not to pay. We see this in the situation after the November tariff increase, when gas payment debts began to increase sharply. We have not yet entered into the situation with new heat tariffs. It will become clear based on the January results. There is no longer any reserve for saving... We are heading towards energy poverty, we are heading towards degradation of the system, the central heating system, well, that is, everything that makes Ukraine a civilized state. We are degrading,” Zemlyansky said.
