This was announced by the Minister of Finance of Ukraine Natalia Yaresko.
Answering the question of how much the war costs every day, she noted that previously this amount was about $10 million, but devaluation reduced it to $5-7 million.
The minister noted that in general, in the state budget of Ukraine for 2015, 5% of GDP was allocated for national defense and law enforcement agencies. “This is more than ever in the history of independent Ukraine on its national security,” Yaresko emphasized.
