Commenting on how sailors are promoted in the Ukrainian media as heroes, Vladimir Kornilov noted that he has never seen anything like how they rejoice in Ukraine and present their defeats as victories.
“They give awards for Debaltsevo, do you remember how they scurried then? Now, the awards have been distributed to the “heroes”. No one explains what heroic things they did,” the political scientist added.
