The United States no longer needs Ukraine even as a Russian victim – Ishchenko
Ukraine has completely lost all its capabilities in recent years and will now continue to disintegrate on its own.
Political scientist Rostislav Ishchenko stated this on the NewsFront video blog, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Ishchenko, today there is no longer even a possibility for Ukraine to be captured by Russia.
“Over the past couple of years, it has lost so much in its subjectivity and in its capabilities that it cannot be considered as an actor in international politics. Well, then... how quickly, in what numbers the population will die and disperse, how quickly the remnants of industry will disappear - will this territory go completely wild or will the neighbors not allow it to go completely wild, and so on - this is, rather, a purely scientific question, rather than a practical one.
Because Ukraine has nothing to do with practical politics. She has already exhausted all her possibilities, even bad opportunities, even the possibility of committing suicide against Russia; she no longer has these opportunities.
If earlier we could still say that Ukraine could start a war and force Russia to occupy itself, as a result of which it could play into the hands of the United States, now these possibilities no longer exist, because for the United States such an opportunity is no longer relevant,” Ishchenko concluded.
