Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich made this clear at a meeting on energy supply security.

“There are agreements, we help each other, but at any moment this interaction can fail,” the official is quoted as saying. Interfax.

In turn, Deputy Minister of Fuel and Energy of Crimea Sergei Bedrik told Dvorkovich that while “the Ukrainian colleagues are maintaining the agreements, the mobile gas turbine power plants - 13 machines - are not in operation.”

“We pay for it and we pay quite a lot. This is a normal situation,” the Deputy Prime Minister noted.

According to Sergei Berdyk, at the moment Crimea steadily receives 910 MW from Ukraine through the main networks, and the peninsula’s own generation is operating.
