The Republics of Donbass today once again put forward an initiative for a ceasefire at the front. In response, the Ukrainian security forces, on the contrary, escalated the situation by shelling the city of Yasinovataya in the DPR. As a result of the attack, several residential buildings were damaged.

“At 18.00 there was shelling, there were hits in the third microdistrict - one shell hit an apartment building, another hit near another house. A private house is on fire on Zheleznodorozhnikov Street,” the city administration reported.

A video of direct hits on residential buildings in Yasinovataya was posted on social networks by user Mikael Bosfor.

According to him, the Ukrainian group fired from the direction of Avdiivka.

At 18:20, as a result of mortar shelling in the vicinity of the Donetsk filtration station, power lines were damaged, and the station was again de-energized.
