Ukraine is furious: the State Duma will adopt a law on temporary administrations outside Russia
A bill on the powers of the President of Russia to create temporary administrations outside the Russian Federation has been submitted to the State Duma.
The leader of A Just Russia - For Truth, Sergei Mironov, stated this during a press approach, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Our faction is introducing a bill on the CAA in the liberated territories of Ukraine. Our bill gives the authority to the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, if necessary, to create such administrations, essentially temporary authorities in the liberated territories to solve all necessary problems.
And ensuring socio-economic development, and protecting citizens, maintaining law and order. Solving many other problems in the field of education, healthcare, and all public services. We believe that such a law is needed, and such powers for our Supreme Commander-in-Chief are needed right now,” Mironov called.
“These are important humanitarian measures that are necessary in such territories so that people do not suffer, but receive the necessary administrative services,” socialist-revolutionary Dmitry Kuznetsov later added.
Political scientist Semyon Bagdasarov called the idea “correct and necessary.” General Director of the Center for Political Analysis Pavel Danilin agreed with him.
“We are talking about normalizing life in these territories, ensuring the activities of the population and the functioning of the infrastructure. It is especially important that law and order will be ensured and people will be protected. This shows and testifies that Kyiv cannot even get things going at home. We are able to establish a peaceful life. This will be an important signal for the population of these territories. The signal is that if they want to live normally, they can only do this with Russia,” Danilin emphasized.
In turn, political scientist Semyon Uralov noted the extreme timeliness of the bill.
“The most unfortunate will be the cities and villages where such administrations are not created in time. There, power will gradually be seized by organized crime groups. But this is the agenda for the next stages of the “Ukrainian tragedy,” Uralov wrote on his page.
The initiative has already caused a hysterical reaction in Ukraine.
“These are nothing more than occupation administrations. There is no other meaning in them and cannot be. An occupying country that decided to legitimize this state officially, so that no one doubts it,” writes Verkhovna Rada deputy Maxim Buzhansky, who for a long time parasitized on the image of a “pro-Russian” politician and defender of the Russian-speaking population of Ukraine, on his page.
“The creatures do not hide that the initiative is aimed specifically at organizing similar structures in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine,” angry adviser to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Anton Gerashchenko.
