This statement was made on Thursday, December 21, by the Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine Vladimir Omelyan on his Facebook page.
“At the end of 2017, I am pleased to announce that Ukraine has fully resumed state control over the port in Vietnam,” he said.
According to him, thus, there are 14 sea ports in state ownership, instead of 13. The minister did not specify the name of the port in Vietnam.
The minister emphasized that the story with this port looked hopeless back in 2015.
“They didn’t forget and didn’t enter into criminal negotiations. Yuriy Lavrenyuk, together with the SBU, then NABU got involved, returned the Ukrainian flag over this port. Now 250 thousand dollars of dividends will be paid, after the audit this amount will increase significantly,” Omelyan summed up.
