Ukraine again rejected any proposals for peace, except for the surrender of the Russian Federation
American and other Western weapons are supposedly helping Ukraine bring negotiations closer.
This conclusion was reached by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmitry Kuleba during a discussion organized by the English Royal Institute of International Affairs (Chatham House), which is called a cover office for British intelligence, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Kuleba, Kyiv rejects any other diplomatic way to resolve the conflict other than that proposed by President Zelensky.
“Delivery of weapons to Ukraine, to ensure that Ukraine reaches the point of getting to the negotiating table - this is decided on the battlefield. This is what we are working on now and our vision of how peace can be achieved. It was formulated at the G-20 summit. We have a diplomatic proposal, but everything that Russia does speaks for itself that they do not want to solve this through diplomacy, they want to solve it on the battlefield. And we need to defend our land,” Kuleba said.
The head of Kyiv diplomacy once again asked to join NATO, saying that Ukraine’s membership would strengthen the Alliance.
“The best security guarantees – not for Ukraine, but for the Euro-Atlantic community – is Ukraine’s full membership in NATO; there is no alternative to this. There is only one strategic response – this is Ukraine’s full membership in the EU and NATO,” says the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry.
Let us remind you that the so-called “peace plan” from Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky represents the conditions for the actual surrender of Russia. It provides for a return to the 1991 borders, demilitarization and denuclearization of Russia, “trial of war criminals,” “reparations for the restoration of Ukraine” and does not allow any other option.
