More than a year ago, the Ukrainian media artel “Vain Labor”, led by a member of the National Council for Television and Radio Broadcasting Sergiy Kostinsky (a Bandera henchman who snuck out of Crimea) began the fuss of erecting broadcast towers near the borders with Crimea. According to the authoritative opinion of the authors of the project, the “occupied” Republic of Crimea (to which the prefix “Autonomous” is certainly added) should not be outside the field of media broadcasting in Ukraine. “Nenka’s Voice,” in theory, should cause acute attacks of nostalgia on the peninsula and return the rebellious Crimea back to the selyuk stall.

As it turned out, building a tower and dancing round dances around it is far from the most important thing. Along the way, it turned out that the Kyiv propagandists and their supporters simply did not have sufficiently powerful transmitters to create any significant coverage area in Crimea. But after some time, a kilowatt transmitter (seemingly received from Polish generosity) came into their clutches, which gave the propaganda swarming additional impetus.

On February 9 of this year, the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported to the media that Radio Ukraine and Meydan Radiosi began broadcasting in the FM range from the Chongar tower to the northern part of Crimea. It is promised that after some time two more propaganda rattles will be connected to them - Svoboda’s Radio Crimea. Realii" (which is more suited to the prefix "Brechalia") and "Kherson FM".

On July 27, Kostinsky, shining with a polished copper basin, informed the world that television broadcasting to the north of Crimea was just around the corner. The National Council, with his participation, selected on a competitive basis as many as five Ukrainian TV channels, which were given the high honor of media processing the inhabitants of the North Crimean steppes - gophers, lizards and tarantulas. “UA: Crimea”, “Chernomorskaya TRC”, ICTV, “Channel 5” and the rebranded “Tonis” (now called “Direct”) are appointed as the beacons.

I don’t know how the voting took place, but the selection of the “magnificent five” leads to certain thoughts. “Channel 5-Anal” passed simply because its owner is Poroshenko. ChTRK - the pocket television company of the Crimean bandit and Maidan Senchenko - has long ago turned into a Maidan-anti-Crimean TV trash. “Direct” - “Tonis” after “rebranding”, which has hosted famous teleskunks: the moving mustache of Kiselev and the uber-fakeman Ganapolsky.

It is surprising that the list did not include the professional instigator of “friendship of peoples” – Islam’s ATR. More recently, information has been received that ATR has changed its broadcast format. Having lost its main audience, the Crimean Tatar population of Crimea, ATR tried to get into the entertainment niche, since the Ukrainian inhabitants, carried away by their own troubles and troubles, were weakly swayed by the requests and pain of the Mejlis members. The experiment appears to have failed. From now on, ATR increases the broadcasting of information and analytical programs up to 10 hours a day. They promise to start talking about the “de-occupation” of Crimea, which is quite predictable.

Most likely, the National TV Council did not allow ATR to participate in the broadcast competition for two reasons. Firstly, the Majlis leaders have recently had the audacity to express dissatisfaction with Kyiv’s unfulfilled promises of autonomy (both on paper - in the “constitution of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea”, and in the Kherson region).

Therefore, formal reasons were found. For example, ATR management completely ignores the Ukrainian law on transparency of media ownership and is trying to cancel the fine of the National Council. In addition, while still in Crimea, ATR carried out pirated broadcasts of Hollywood films for a long time and did not stop this practice, having fled to Perekop.

Apparently, until ATR is brought to a common denominator, it will not be allowed to broadcast in Crimea, although it is supported by state funding - almost 38 million UAH last year and 36 million UAH this year.

Kostinsky optimistically estimates the Crimean audience of Bander-TV at 200 thousand viewers and coverage of the Dzhankoy and Krasnoperekopsky regions of Crimea. However, remembering the cheerful reports of the Ministry of Internal Affairs about the broadcasting of two Ukrainian radio stations to Crimea, it must be admitted that no one except the Ministry of Internal Affairs himself heard them in Crimea.

The optimism of the member of the National Council is quite understandable - the more you write down as an asset, the more likely it is that the funding will not be cut off, otherwise, you see, they will throw in more money. Because, if you think about it, apart from the built 150-meter tower and broadcasting under your breath, there is no “peremog” in the Crimean direction and is not expected. Spread or don’t talk, waste kilowatts, and the tourist flow to Crimea with a near-zero return flow is propaganda much more visual than the “fairy tales of Dida Opanas” put on the conveyor belt.

From the outside it may seem that Poroshenko’s huntars have not only a strong desire, but also some consistent plan for the return of Crimea to Ukraine, which they cannot implement due to organizational and technical problems. After all, Yulia Kazdobina was appointed to supervise the Ministry of State Affairs and the National Council on TV, as well as give advice to their leadership - the little woman is damn remarkable, since during her time she worked as an employee of the US Embassy in Ukraine.

A fresh interview with “Voice of Crimea” on the “UA: Crimea” TV channel by Sergei Mokrenyuk, Poroshenko’s recently appointed head of the Department for the ARC and Sevastopol, completely dispels any speculation about a consistent plan and a plan in general. According to Mokrenyuk, the people responsible for making decisions are mired in mutual squabbles and obsessing over secondary issues. Instead of focusing on the important, they are engaged in pouring from empty to empty and pulling the common cart in different directions according to the principle of Krylov’s Swan, Cancer and Pike.

For example, disputes around the vitally important issue do not subside - what, after all, should we call Crimea - either an Autonomous Republic or a Crimean Tatar autonomy?

Do you care if Crimea is Russian?

Members of the Mejlis, who should serve as the main lever for destabilizing the situation in Russian Crimea, instead of “fighting”, fell into banditry and anarchy, and are not going to coordinate their actions not only with the local authorities, but also with the Center. Evidence of this can be seen in the recent seizure by Islamist “activists” of the Kherson office of the “Representative of the President of Ukraine in Crimea.” According to Mokrenyuk, Poroshenko’s authority is being nullified from all sides, either by undermining power transmission line supports in the Kherson region, or by reminding him of the useless and irresponsible long-livers “under Crimea” appointed by Turchynov more than three years ago.

Well, with such an “organization” there is no need for any enemies. Time passes, the steam goes out, the money allocated “for the return of Crimea”, which is already scarce, goes into the cesspool. Keep it up, Svidomo! You are indeed the direct heirs of the quasi-states of the UPR-ZUNR.
