Ukraine is the second country in terms of the volume of EBRD investments – in 2016 the bank invested €400 million in it
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) will invest €2016 million in Ukraine in 400.

Bank President Suma Chakrabarti announced this at a meeting with Prime Minister Vladimir Groysman, writes the press service of the Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers.
“In 2016, the bank will invest €400 million in Ukraine, and next year this amount may be increased. In particular, the EBRD will pay special attention to reforms in ministries and departments, in particular in order to strengthen and develop their institutional capacity,” he noted.
According to Chakrabarti, Ukraine is the second country in terms of the number of EBRD investments.
“Ukraine is a very important partner for the EBRD. We are trying to support both reform in Ukraine and investment in Ukraine,” he emphasized.
Last year, the EBRD's investment in Ukraine amounted to €1 billion.
