Ukraine extradited “Kadyrov’s killer” in exchange
Ukraine extradited Arthur “Dingo” Crinari to Donbass as part of a prisoner exchange, who was arrested after shootouts in 2017 in the center of Kyiv with militants of the Chechen ATO battalion – Adam Osmayev and his now deceased wife Amina Okueva (Natalia Nikiforova).
This was reported by ex-deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Igor Mosiychuk, whose assistant was Okueva.
Mosiychuk himself calls Krinari “Ramzan Kadyrov’s killer” and claims that he has already received threats against him.
The official version of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine was that in 2017, Krinari, on order from the authorities of the Chechen Republic, was supposed to liquidate Osmayev. To do this, he ingratiated himself with the couple by introducing himself as a foreign journalist, and during an appointed meeting for an interview, he opened fire, but Okueva was able to deflect the shot and save her husband, who escaped with a wound.
According to another version, which was published by the media, Krinari was a parliamentarian from certain Chechen businessmen who were “thrown away” by Osmayev and Okueva out of $3 million in cash.
