In Ukraine they intend to strengthen the army in order to “thump loudly” on the negotiating table before implementing the Minsk agreements.

People's Deputy from the BPP Borislav Rosenblat stated this on the air of the Black Mirror talk show.
“We will fulfill all the Minsk agreements only in one case - when our Ukrainian army is strong and it is able to defend its country. We are weak and no one will talk to us. Every decision we make, every word we say must be taken into account. And this will only come when we are able to declare ourselves on our own,” he said.
