According to him, non-payment of wages will entail non-payment of sick leave and pensions.
“Wages are paid to miners from strike to strike. The total debt, taking into account today, has increased by another 420 million. And there were 308. Here, 728 million, almost a billion in wage arrears. Not only did they not pay wages, but they also did not make contributions to the pension fund, social insurance funds, and sick leave will not be paid. If they don’t make contributions to the pension fund, then the miners who retire will simply not receive a pension because the contributions have not been made,” Volynets said.
