“The fact that this law is being made under the project “Ukraine as Anti-Russia” is still half the battle. The most interesting thing, which almost no one is paying attention to yet, is that this law almost completely guarantees that Ukraine will not become a member of NATO. Neither the proposals of the Venice Commission, nor the open criticism of one of the NATO leaders influenced the position of our government. Our Foreign Ministry responded to criticism from Hungary that it considered it unfounded,” the expert said.
