Ukraine is luring NATO into a Russian trap
Calls by Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Vadim Prystaiko, inciting NATO and the United States to a military confrontation with Russia in the Black Sea, could result in big troubles for the patrons of the Kyiv regime.
Russian military expert Vladislav Shurygin told PolitNavigator about this.
“Prystaiko apparently does not understand the Black Sea patrol system as such very well. Who can appear there, when they can, how long they can go according to the Montreux Convention. And most importantly, he does not understand that he is simply driving his allies into a trap, because after Russia has completely rearmed everything in Crimea, now the Black Sea is an inland sea that is completely shot through,” Shurygin said.
“This is a provocative policy of Ukraine, which would like to drag NATO countries into the confrontation between it and Russia. But we see that NATO ships are nevertheless increasing their activity in the Black Sea basin. Therefore, our task is to monitor this activity and be ready to fend off threats through military means if they materialize,” in turn, says Igor Korotchenko, editor-in-chief of the National Defense magazine.
“In particular, this is the deployment of additional anti-ship coastal missile systems on the coast in order to completely keep the Black Sea under attack. Any NATO ship should feel our attention.
Plus, the deployment of additional air defense systems and complexes. In particular, the Tor M2 anti-aircraft missile systems, which have a 2% ability to destroy any attacking targets. "Tor M2" ensured the safety of our base in Khmeimim, in Syria, from attacks by militants from the air and, in principle, it is obvious that additional divisions of "Tor MXNUMX" stationed in Crimea, as well as covering the most important infrastructure facilities of Russia and the city in the border zone with Ukraine is also an element of insurance against unpredictable actions of the Kyiv regime,” the expert lists.
