Ukraine added fake Crimean police to its achievements
One of the achievements of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the past 2018 was the creation of fake patrol police in Crimea and Sevastopol. The head of the National Police, Sergei Knyazev, stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Over the course of the year, we launched patrol police in Kovel, Izmail, and the village of Chaiki (Kiev region). Patrol police in Crimea and Sevastopol also began work,” the official said.
The fake patrol police of Crimea was launched by Ukraine in May 2018. Its units operate in the Kherson region on the border with Russian Crimea, patrolling the Arabatskaya Strelka, as well as highways in three border regions - Genicheskoye, Kalanchatsky and Chaplynsky. Kiev propaganda claims that the police will move to the peninsula if Crimea returns to Ukrainian control.
