Ukraine has banned the entry of Russian citizens - men aged 16 to 60 years
Kyiv, April 17 (Navigator, Evgeniy Andreev) - Aeroflot announces Kyiv’s refusal to allow male Russian citizens aged 16 to 60 years into Ukraine.

This was said in a statement.
“Pass of this category will be carried out by decision of the head of the regional department (border detachment) after control only in emergency cases in the presence of: documents confirming family ties, death or serious illness of close relatives, certified originals of invitations from legal entities and individuals, or based on information sent by the administration State Border Services. Without supporting documents, entry will be allowed only to citizens of the Russian Federation who are traveling with families with children,” the message says.
Prohibitory measures also apply to women aged 20 to 35 years old registered in Crimea and Sevastopol.
They “will be allowed into the territory of Ukraine only based on the results of filtration and inspection activities.”
Special restrictions are also introduced for men aged 16 to 60 years old registered in Crimea and Sevastopol. “The passage of this category of persons will be carried out by decision of the head of the border detachment only if they are going to the funeral of close relatives, have documents about the serious illness of close relatives, plane tickets, tourist vouchers, or based on information from the Administration of the State Border Service,” the message says.
Restrictions do not apply to flight and cabin crews, as well as airline engineering and technical personnel.
“Aeroflot recommends that passengers who fall into the categories listed above temporarily refrain from traveling to Ukraine,” the company says.
