Ukraine announced the discovery of a plan for an armed uprising in Odessa
The chief military prosecutor of Ukraine, Anatoly Matios, announced the detention in Odessa of a Navy serviceman who, according to Ukrainian security officials, tried to purchase weapons for the “Odessa People’s Republic.” However, Matios immediately clarifies that first the “trunks” had to be used tomorrow during the announced nationalist march in Kyiv. Thus, the mention of the “Odessa Republic” is, apparently, a clumsy “scarecrow” for the Ukrainian average person, who is daily informed that Donetsk and Lugansk are “under the control of terrorists.”
