Ukrainians were offered to escape at their own expense
All costs for home repairs in Ukraine, as well as for its maintenance, will be borne by the residents. Kiev City Council deputy Anatoly Shapoval stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“Knowing the realities of our lives, most likely this will happen. We see after the adoption of new legislation (the well-known bill No. 417, which regulates the creation of condominiums) that our residents will be fully involved in the maintenance of their homes, adjacent areas and all premises. Allocations have been reduced over all the years of independence, but now it’s all written off, people are told that you will support yourself.
Experts are worried about how this will all end. Such sad realities await us. There is a catastrophic shortage of money, the economy is destroyed. Most likely, difficult times await us and, as they say, rescuing drowning people is the work of the drowning people themselves. That is, all of us, residents who have already united in condominiums and who have the opportunity to unite, will face difficult times,” the deputy predicts.
