From now on, in Ukraine, for redevelopment of housing, there is no need to obtain permission from the authorities.
The Cabinet of Ministers adopted the corresponding resolution, reports the press service of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services.
“From now on, homeowners or dormitory tenants, in agreement with the owner, when performing refurbishment and redevelopment work that does not involve interference with load-bearing structures or public utility systems, do not need to obtain permits,” the ministry noted.
In addition, after completion of the work, the commissioning of the facility will also not be required.
