This confidence was expressed by the director of the Ukrainian Institute of Policy Analysis and Management Ruslan Bortnik.
“I expect that in the coming days our attention will be diverted from the topic of electronic declaration by some other scandals and events. I wouldn’t want it to be an escalation at the front or some kind of terrorist things that can also happen in our society, but I guarantee that there will be some elements of distraction,” he convinces.
Let us remind you that today the deadline for electronic declaration of personal wealth of government officials has expired. About 120 thousand officials declared their income, property and assets for 2015, and many officials indicated in the declarations huge sums of money, valuable pieces of art, real estate and other expensive assets.
