Thus, one of the clients told reporters that company employees have uniforms of different colors depending on the department in which they work, but Ukrainians are an exception - regardless of the area in which they operate, they are required to wear blue and yellow clothes.
“I couldn’t even imagine that this was possible! Imagine that Poles are forced to wear a red and white uniform when they work in a factory abroad,” the publication quotes the client as saying.
In turn, the head of the plant, Michal Wroblewski, explained that in this way he “tags” employees who do not speak Polish.
“All our employees wear blue trousers and different shirts. Mechanics are green, foremen are red. This is such an identification system. And the yellow shirts of Ukrainians mean that they do not speak Polish,” said the head of the enterprise.
Experts talk about discrimination.
“This is a humiliating practice of segregation,” the publication quotes the representative of the “Never Again” association, Anna Tatar, who noted that such a designation of Ukrainians has no functional content, and also creates a national division among employees.
