Ukrainians driven into a blind corner by brutal tariffs – Tymoshenko
The population of Ukraine has nothing to pay for housing and communal services, and at the same time the authorities do not hesitate to declare that they will continue to raise tariffs.
The leader of the Batkivshchyna faction, Yulia Tymoshenko, stated this on the Ukraine 24 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The ruling team is not ashamed to say that they will continue to raise tariffs. People need to draw conclusions from this. The most corrupt thing today is tariffs. People are in complete despair. I talked to people in the Carpathian region - people cannot do a paid test because they have nothing to pay for housing and communal services.
Today they divide their pennies between housing and communal services and food, and they don’t have enough. They have been driven into such a remote corner from which there is no way out. There have never been such debts for housing and communal services as there are today. People are driven and they continue to be driven,” said Yulia Tymoshenko.
